1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using aiRecruitTalent (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Subscription and Billing
2.1 Subscription Plans
aiRecruitTalent offers subscription plans for both Candidates and Recruiters. Plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis.
2.2 Instant Activation
All subscriptions are activated instantly upon successful payment. You will immediately gain access to the features included in your chosen plan.
2.3 Continuous Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal amount.
2.4 No Refunds Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds for partial months, unused features, or early cancellation of a subscription.
This includes monthly and yearly plans. Once payment is processed, it cannot be reversed.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to bypass AI systems or spam applications.
- Candidates agree to use the platform only for legitimate job search activities.
- Recruiters agree to post genuine job opportunities and treat candidates professionally.
4. AI Services and Accuracy
aiRecruitTalent uses AI technologies (including aiRecruitTalent AI) to provide resume analysis, job matching, interview preparation, and other features. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated content and recommendations are provided "as is" and should be reviewed by the user. We do not guarantee perfect results or specific job outcomes.
5. Payment and Subscription Management
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the current period.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Platform. Upon termination, you will lose access to paid features.
7. Limitation of Liability
aiRecruitTalent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 1 months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
